Terms of Service

THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SERVICES. These Terms and Conditions explain our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Fine Finish Mobile Detailing (hereafter referred to as “Fine Finish”, “contractor”, “technician”,  “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase.  By booking and purchasing services from us, online and offline, you acknowledge you read these Terms and Conditions in advance and you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions, as follows:


  1. SCOPE OF WORK:  Any items not specifically included in the service package(s) purchased by you are excluded from Fine Finish’s scope of work.  

  2. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE. We strive to provide the best quality service. However, no services are guaranteed to restore your vehicle to any previous or new condition. The term of service is limited to the amount of time we reserve to complete each job and not for any specific outcome or results.

  3. PAYMENT TERMS. All payments are due upon completion of service.

  4. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Fine Finish is not liable for any mechanical conditions or pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to, dents, scratches, and cracks to the interior or exterior of your vehicle. In addition, Fine Finish is not liable for the loss or damage to any personal property, including, but limited to the vehicle and any items left in the vehicle. In any event, the maximum total liability of Fine Finish is equal to the sum of the cost of our services paid by Customer.

  5. PREPARATION OF VEHICLE. Compartments and areas of the vehicle containing personal belongings will be excluded from service. The vehicle will be unlocked or the keys made available to us at the time of your scheduled appointment.

  6. SERVICE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. All vehicles are subject to inspection prior to commencement of services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline services and terminate the project upon inspection of your vehicle. In such a case, you will receive a refund minus any travel costs. In addition, we reserve the right to include additional charges for animal hair removal, heavily soiled interiors, heavily soiled exteriors, and jobs that take longer than the allocated time. 

  7. CONTRACTOR POLICY. We reserve the right to use an independent contractor to complete any service.

  8. WEATHER POLICY. You understand that weather is inherently unpredictable. Every scheduled service appointment is weather permitting.

  9. LOCATION. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to consent to the performance of our services where your vehicle is located. In order for services to occur all vehicles must be parked in an off-street location. You agree to provide access to water and electricity for our services without charge. If water or electric is not available you appointment will be cancelled.

  10. RESERVATION POLICY. Reserving a service on our website does not guarantee a specified time or date will be booked. We reserve the right to approve a reserved date or time. We reserve the right to change a booking date or time.

  11. CANCELLATION POLICY. If for any reason you are unable to maintain your appointment, you must notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation will result a minimum charge of $20.00.

  12. ARRIVAL AND SERVICE TIME. Our arrival times and services are estimates only. 

  13. TRAVEL FEES. Additional travel fees may apply if your are located outside of our service area.

  14. OWNERSHIP. You are the registered owner of the vehicle and/or have the authority of the registered owner to consent to our services.

  15. AUTHORIZATION. You authorize us to provide the services on the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle for the purposes of cleaning, including the use and application of chemicals, at your own risk. You release us from any liability for damages to your vehicle that may arise as a result of our services.

  16. KEYS WHEN NOT PRESENT. You authorize us to leave the vehicle’s keys with an authorized person, area of the vehicle, or location, if you cannot be present upon completion of services. We are not liable for any stolen or damaged vehicle or property, including keys locked inside a vehicle, as a result of your inability to be present to accept the vehicle’s keys upon completion of services.

  17. REVISIONS. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at anytime.

  18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. You carefully read these Terms and Conditions.  You accept these terms and conditions freely and voluntarily.
